Return and Refund Policy.
OT Wellness, Inc. Return and/or Refund Policy:
- Terms of return for any donated or donation store purchases will depend on the policy of each campaign. Campaigns may have different recipients, partnerships, and agreements. Return policies for such purchases will be more specified per campaign.
- State of ALL returns, regardless of campaign: Must be unused.
- Reason for ALL returns (e.g. damaged or wrong product) must be indicated upon request.
- Process for return must be initiated via e-mail and must indicate the item purchased, sale date, sale price, and reason for return. ALL returns are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- Process of refund: Any refunds provided will be provided in the same fashion as the original purchase.

Terms and Conditions related to any Services will be included in the Service Agreement provided and agreed upon by OT Wellness, Inc. and the Service Recipient.
